
Teachers are responsible for arranging field trips for their classrooms. They are required to inform the director and/or program supervisor in writing of what the field trip involves. They are required to notify the director or program supervisor two weeks in advance for field trips requiring bus transportation. The director and/or program supervisor are verbally notified of field trips in the neighborhood on the day of the event as long as it is within walking distance. Any field trips out of the neighborhood require parent consent.

Transportation
The only forms of transportation we will use at Agape are walking or Metro bus. On our enrollment forms, we have space for parents to sign giving permission for children to take walks in the neighborhood. Children must have written parent consent before riding the bus on a field trip.
